اذكركم بالاشاعات اللي طلعت العام الماضي والظاهر أن كلها صحيحه للآن

Dee Jay, T. Hawk, Dudley, Ibuki, Makoto, Adon, Cody, Guy
* Hakan - An Arabic grappler obsessed with oil.
* Juri - Evil Asian girl fighter working for Seth.

All characters will have two Ultras. They will both be available at one time, not selectable like with Third Strike's Super Arts. The commands to execute your Ultras do not overlap.

# Gen has four Ultras because of his two fighting styles. One of these is said to be an Air Ultra.
# All characters still have one Super, except Sakura who apparently has a Shinkuu Hadoken (Super Fireball) as well.

# Some characters will have Air Ultras.
# The Bonus Stages will be returning.

An official announcement is said to be coming at the Tokyo Game Show and on the Japanese Street Fighter 4 blog soon.

Expect the return of the many familiar Supers, and a few new ones like Metsu Shoryuken. You'll see the return of Chun-Li's Kikosho (Super Fireball), Gouken's Denjin, Sagat's Tiger Cannon (Super Fireball).

# Ibuki has a run command.
# Guile has his Sonic Hurricane move from Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
# Dudley has his Chain combos from Third Strike, plus one additional Chain combo.
# Cody is the only character with an Alpha Counter and he still has his knife. He supposedly needs his knife to perform one of his Ultras.
# Rufus can cancel-break the last hit of his Spectacle Romance, or the launch kick of Space Opera Symphony.
# Guy has his Chain combos.
# Makoto has her Tanden Renki Super from Third Strike.
# Zangief is said to have a 720 degree motion Air Ultra called the Siberian Blizzard.
# The game takes place one year after Street Fighter 4.
# Dudley was searching for his car in Third Strike, in this game he's searching for a rose.
# T. Hawk's storyline involves him protecting Juni or Juli.
# Dhalsim's new Ultra is called the Yoga Shangri'la.
# There's a new gameplay system called Tadan Saving, the phrase implies a multi-hitting or multiple-level Focus Attack.
# The console characters are all said to be added to the upcoming arcade release, with the possible exceptions of Seth and Gouken.

بعدما شفت التريلر HD و عرضين جيمبلاي (ثانكس جيمرسايد) واااااو !!!

- اسلوب إختيار الالترا حيكون زي 3rd Strike قبل الماتش و تشوفوا رقم I او II على عداد الالترا + إسم الحركة في شاشة الـVS .

- سوبر + الترا كودي الثانية رهيبة !! << زي حركة مضرب بيسبول جود هاند بس بماصورة و مفكات !!!

- الترا ريو الثانية Metsu Shoryuken لما تكون فينيش !!!!! يا رجل تسمع صوت العظام من فك الخصم السفلي !!! و الخلفية تصير بيضاء ،،،،،، ما توقعت انها حتخلي الترا جوكين "طبطبة"

- مظهر اللعبة تحسن بشكل ملحوظ في الالوان و المؤثرات ، المرحلتين إلي عرضوهم مرعبين !!!

- ايقونات الفوز تغيرت و بديت اتقبل صوت المعلق الجهور مقارنة بذاك إلي ما تسمعه إلا في الخلفية .

- موشن و مؤثرات الحركات كلها تحسنت من آخر تريلر (قبل الاخير) و يبان هذا الشئ في الترا ادون و صوتياتها و مؤثراتها و ملامح كين مع اقوى ركبة في الجيمنج !!!

..... شباب لازم تحملوا العروض الثلاثة (فايت بين ريو و كودي - فايت بين كين و ادون - التريلر الاخير) و كله HD .

الترا الشخصيات الثلاثة رهيبة بالذات فايبر .

ترجمة آخر بلوج ياباني :

only the original 25 are getting a 2nd alt, the new characters are only getting 1 alt
for 3 characters (unknown which ones) if you choose the 10th colour part of the alt changes, similar to Sakura's one
there will be 2 rival battles for some characters, when a rival battle happens press up to select the 2nd rival, remember this is only for some characters
ultras are selected exactly like third strike
to hear opponents character specific music instead of stage music, the following needs to be done, set Icon and Title status info to anything OK.
EDIT: for the previously bought alts you will not have to buy them again

JURI

The biggest reveal is that Juri has a Custom Combo type Ultra, where she activates and is able to chain together attacks for a set period of time.
It's not clear if you can juggle with these attacks or how much damage they do within combos.
Has some sort of EX Teleport move? Not sure what it was exactly, but seemed to pass through attacks to the other side of the screen. (One of our readers points out this is a counter move which allows her to appear in various positions around her opponent. Combine this with her CC Ultra and she will be a real pain to deal with up close.)
Very fast but takes a lot of damage.
As previous reports mentioned, seems to have some dive kick/overhead attack. Was hard to tell what was going on the stream though.
GUILE

Guile receives Sonic Hurricane as his new Ultra which should help his ground game immensely.
RUFUS

New Ultra, although not very flashy like his original Ultra, seems to work very well as an anti-air.
New Ultra doesnt seem to connect off of orignal Ultra set ups.
EX Snake Strike damage NERFED HEAVILY. Saw jump RH into EX Snake Strike do a fraction of the damage that it used to.
DHALSIM

New Ultra appears to be an air grab with a lot of start up.
Not sure of Ultras proper application but most likely useful again projectile throwing opponents.
BOXER

Dirty Bull is a 720 Grab Ultra where he lands a head butt, steps on their foot and then knocks them out with a punch. Very similar to one of Steve Fox's move in Tekken 6.
CHUN LI

New Ultra is Kikousho fireball, much like her super from Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike.
New Ultra can be comboed from EX Legs from ANYWHERE on the screen.
"Chun's new ultra is quarter circle inputs, no charge needed" - Kamano
Apparently a solid anti air Ultra.
CODY

Can combo into his Ultra from what appears to be an EX Tornado or FADC Tornado. Hard to tell from the stream.
Knife seems to have incredible range -- not sure of practical applications though since he has to pick it up to use it.
DEEJAY

New Ultra juggles his opponents with sambas.
FEI LONG

New "1 Inch Punch" is a counter Ultra.
RYU

Fierce shoryuken is now two hits.
HONDA

Ultra now has way less recovery.
2nd Ultra is a beefy Ochio.
ZANGEIF

Lariat seems to have nerfed damage.
GUY

Has his chain combos from the alpha series.
His second ultra is a very flashy Gen-type move. Think "Raging Demon with the lights on".
Appeared to have an air grab but cant remember 100%.
DAN

New Ultra is a "SNK Style Gadouken"
M. BISON

New Ultra allows him to grab his opponent and blasts them with Psycho Power. Works like El Fuertes original Ultra or Alex's "Stun Gun Headbutt" from Third Strike.
VEGA

"Vega's ultra 2 is a slide, followed by a backflip kick and then a nasty slash at the opponent as they fall" - Kamano
SAGAT

Second Ultra is Tiger Cannon.
Damage seems to be nerfed but hard to tell.
Most all of his dirty set ups still seem to work (F+RH x2 etc)
ADON

Seems very fast, but many of his moves lost to T. Hawks specials.
Seems to have a great set of high priority normal moves.
T. HAWK

Seemed like a real tank type character. Most of his normals did massive damage.
A couple command grabs/super and/or Ultra and it was good night for most opponents.
Seems to be a good character for people with poor execution but good zoning and mind games.
BLANKA

New Ultra is "Shout of Earth" -- although it wasn't shown, it's supposedly a spin off of his Super in CVS2.
