Nintendo

TG editor-in-chief

It is written to have taken notes because it has played in the jump festival.

The tool equipment technique of the time of the map compass (The sun is moving) and the technological status system character (level HP TP) ..on.. are displayed, and the under is a more usual screen. the normal screenThe background and the character are 3D according to ..putting out ..already..... The hair is ..companion.. red and the flower on both sides. There was a companion named Lbia (Arms are the canes).

Combats are three lines. It is possible to attack it by changing front into the enemy of a different line (The line can be moved). Moreover, the technique used while combatting is displayed on the screen it is not displayed on the screen but status etc. are displayed. Enemy's HP is displayed on the screen on while combatting.

In the status display part, the conversation is derived to the screen on from the character basically displayed, too. The attack had been received at the time of choosing the tool. The screen changes places when X is pushed and equipment and the item can be chosen with the touch pen. However, whether it is necessary to use it purposely. Besides, it never used it in this Tameaso.

By the way, the anxious making crowding graphic was considerably coarse. Is it, DS, and isn't there other way?It was felt that you should safely make it to 2D.

الكلام مترجم من ياباني الى انجليزي فيمكن مايكون مفهوم جدا ( يعني على الاقل نعرف اي شئ 😉 )

IGN يتحدث عن لعبة Seiken Densetsu 4 للبلايستيشن2 :
From the second the trailer starts, it's clear that, strictly from a visual standpoint, Seiken Densetsu 4 isn't a next generation title. In fact, a PS2 game, Seiken Densetsu 4 isn't all that attractive, with rough, dated visual quality. It certainly doesn't look as good as some of Square Enix's other offerings (especially Valkyrie Profile 2... details on that trailer coming shortly!). Hopefully, the trailer quality isn't indicative of the final game's look.

There may be a reason for a drop in visual quality with this title: real physics. That's right, as previously hinted at, Square Enix is using the Havok engine for Seiken Densetsu 4, and it shows. One sequence mid-way through the trailer shows a yet unnamed character slashing away at an enemy (the fighting seems to be real time, which you'd expect from a Mana game). As the two fight, wooden planks beneath them react to their every movement.

A couple of more dramatic sequences follow this. The same character is seen standing on a stone bridge which is slowly collapsing beneath him. The character falls to an unstable area of the ground below, which also begins to collapse. A third sequence shows the character moving around in a hallowed-out log. The log rolls and reacts to the ground.

What the trailer fails to do is indicate why a game like Seiken Densetsu 4 needs realistic physics in the first place. With the platform at long last, unequivocally, confirmed, perhaps Square Enix will begin filling us in on the details.

IGN يتحدث عن العاب Valkyrie Profile للبلايستيشن2 والPSP وللنكست جنريشون !!

Some bad news: rather than a remake, Lenneth appears to be a port of the PlayStation game, complete with PlayStation level visuals. Developer tri-Ace has made the game run in wide screen and appears to have upped the framerate a bit, but there's still no mistaking this as a new game.

On the bright side, though, Valkyrie Profile was one of the PlayStation's best looking titles, and when run on the PSP's tiny screen, many of the visual problems will probably disappear. The original's battles were known for having lots of visual effects, and these appear to have carried over to the PSP version. Plus, the game includes new CG movies, along with event scenes that connect the original with its PS2 sequel, so those who want a refresher, or those who never played the original, may want to keep an eye out on Lenneth.

Of the two trailer clips, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria was the bigger draw. Square Enix showed off quite a bit from the game, from voiced event scenes to full gameplay segments. Gameplay seems to be 2.5D -- that is, everything is 3D, but the gameplay takes place in two dimensions. We saw sequences of the main character, Silmeria, running through towns, forests thick with foliage, and even a snowy mountain top that was being pounded by a blizzard. Silmeria has a double jump and can warp between points of the world.

The trailer also shows a few short battle sequences. The game seems to allow for four members in your party at once. While we can't comment on specifics, the battle system's interface resembles that of the original, suggesting that we can count on a similar experience.

Tri-Ace is known as a power-house of PlayStation 2 development (Star Ocean 3 and Radiata Stories certainly looked good), and the developer's years of experience shows with Valkyrie Profile 2. The game's characters look particularly nice, resembling hand-drawn artwork closely. In fact, the Valkyrie Profile 2 trailer features no CG what-so-ever, and we've got no complaints about that.

Those who chose to wait in line for the premium showing were given a Valkyrie Profile calendar and were treated exclusively to a third trailer. This mysterious trailer starts off with the title "Valkyrie Profile," then breaks off into footage that looks far too good to be a PS2 game but not solid enough to be pre-rendered CG. We got the feeling that we were seeing a next generation installment in the Valkyrie Profile series, but when we asked the staff on hand, they seemed to genuinely not know what we were talking about.

The mysteries of that third trailer aside, the Valkyrie Profile showing left us excited to at last revisit one of Square Enix's final PlayStation gems (actually, it was just Enix at the time). While the PSP version looks too close to the original PSX version for our liking, it should provide a refresher course for when part 2 hits the PS2 some time next year.

Eyes On: Dragon Quest Yangus
DQVIII's Yangus gets his own adventure, but it's not what you think.

December 17, 2005 - IGN reported earlier this week that Square Enix is currently hard at work on a Dragon Quest VIII offshoot starring one of the game's main characters, Yangus. Today, the company showed a first trailer for that title at the Jump Festival in Tokyo.
The full name of this latest entry in Japan's best selling series is Dragon Quest: Shounen Yangus to Fushigi no Dungeon. The latter part of that title translates to Young Yangus and the Mysterious Dungeon. That's right, this offshoot is part of the Mysterious Dungeon series!

The Mysterious Dungeon series, which most recently saw games based off Pokemon and Namco's Tower of Druaga, is the child of Chun Soft, a Japanese developer that rose to fame for its work on some of the earlier Dragon Quest titles. Chun Soft previously developed a Mysterious Dungeon game around a favorite character in the Dragon Quest universe, Torneko, meaning this isn't the first time a deal like this has happened. The developer wasn't listed in the credits towards the end of the trailer, so it's unclear if Square Enix has drafted it for this game's development.
Based off what we saw in the trailer, Shounen Yangus tells the story of Yangus when he was a 12 year old boy. Yangus sets off on an adventure surrounding a mysterious lamp, and ends up coming to the aid of a hot girl. Apparently, Yangus will take his first steps towards becoming a man (or whatever he was in DQVIII).
Most of the trailer was animated, with a few seconds of gameplay appearing towards the end. There wasn't enough footage for us to determine what exactly was going on, but it's clear that the game uses a different visual engine from what was seen in DQVIII.
Will the game have random dungeons, an expected feature for the Mysterious Dungeon series? Will the world be as expansive as it was on DQVIII? We expect to learn more in the not-so-distant future, as Square Enix is planning a Spring 2006 Japanese release
