Here are the numbers for July:

• Total: $749 million (up 14 percent from $655 million in July 2017)
• Hardware: $217 million (up 19 percent from $182 million)
• PC and console software: $246 million (down 12 percent from $280 million)
• Accessories: $286 million (up 49 percent from $193 million)

Here’s how 2018 is comparing so far to 2017 in terms of year-to-date dollar sales:

• Total: $6.769 billion (up 17 percent from $5.807 billion in 2017 year to date)
• Hardware: $1.902 billion (up 21 percent from $1.572 billion)
• PC and console software: $2.807 billion (up 5 percent from $2.687 billion)
• Accessories: $2.060 billion (up 33 percent from $1.548 billion)

But it was the Switch that took July.

“Nintendo Switch was July’s best-selling hardware platform in both dollars and units sold,” said Piscatella. “This is the seventh month that Switch has led in hardware dollar sales since launching in March 2017, and the first since December 2017. Unit sales of Nintendo hardware in July 2018 reached its highest point for a July month since 2009.”

“Nintendo is the top-selling full game software publisher for both July and year to date,” said Piscatella. “Nintendo Switch is the only platform showing year-on-year growth in full-game dollar sales with gains of nearly 70 percent when compared to a year ago, despite digital sales on Nintendo platforms not currently being tracked by The NPD Group.

“Grand Theft Auto V was the best-selling title of the month of July on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms,” said Piscatella. “It ranked as the second best-selling title of the month, overall.”

“Year-to-date hardware spending is at its highest level since 2011,” said Piscatella.

Nintendo is the top-selling Full Game Software Publisher of both July and 2018 year to date.

Sony’s PlayStation 4 remains the best-selling console hardware platform year to date.

هذي 3 اشهر تقريبا تقدر عناوين مثل اوكتوباث تتنفس فيها .. وبدعم تسويقي.. تقدر توصل لاماكن تحلم فيها باشهر مختلفة.. نجاح اوكتوباث... نجاح مزدوج.. توقيت مناسب.. لعبة مناسبة... وتسويق مناسب

بالنظر إلى أداء عناوين ننتندو الأساسية على جهاز Switch، سوبر سماش بروس ألتميت ستتجاوز 10 مليون نسخة سريعاً و ستكون الأفضل مبيعاً في تاريخ السلسلة.
أتساءل إن كان بمقدورها الوصول إلى 20 مليون نسخة هذه المرة.

Wario Ware Gold ما دخلت قائمة التوب-20 في أمريكا خلال رصد يومين من المبيعات
ال3DS خلاص منصة في عداد الأموات
الناس التي تشتري الجهاز لأطفالها حالياً تشتريه مع لعبة بوكيمون أو ماريو كارت و السلام.

الله يستر من قرارات سكوير اينيكس بعد مبيعات اوكتوباث الممتازة، املي الضئيل بjrpgs بميزانية محترمة خارج السلاسل الكبار تماما اختفت . بس لسة شي مو طبيعي تشوف jrpg على جهاز واحد و ip جديد و مافي روابط قوية غير اسم سكوير اينيكس يصير اللعبة الأكثر مبيعا بامريكا.
