About 6.0 MSQ
・ゼノスの扱いは凄く悩んだ、唯一英雄として見ず冒険者として見てくれる存在で僕らにとってはラスボスというよりエクストラ要素
It was hard to deal with Zenos' role in Endwalker. He is by far the one that doesn't see you as a hero, but merely an adventurer, and to us, an extra elements rather than the final boss.
・ゼノスを殴るシーンはデュナミスの力で殴っていてララフェルでもできるようになってて、全種族全性別でシーンが違っている
The scene that contains the fist fight with Zenos allows players with different race, especially Lalafell to enjoy them in different ways. It is indeed a fistfight where the WoL utilizes the power of Dynamis. All cutscenes are composed differently for different races
・ハイデリン討滅戦も凄く拘っていて、ヴェーネスとして反応する選択肢があるシーンは何回チェックしても涙腺が弱くなってしまうほど
YoshiP was especially particular about the fight with Hydaelyn. It broke YoshiP into tears whenever he has to do P&D checks for the scene that involve dialogue selections with Venat (Venas in JP version)
・ハイデリンのモデルは天野先生のイラストの再現で1か月くらい調整していた
The model for Hydaelyn was designed based on Yoshitaka Amano-sensei's artstyle and it took the dev a month to pass.
・ハイデリン討滅戦のフェイス対応はバトル班の横澤氏と吉田Pが調整していてセリフも吉田Pが担当していてやってよかったと思っている、そしてギミックを完璧に避けられるのはヤシュトラだけ
The battle with Hydaelyn that is Trust (Faith in JP) was adjusted with both inputs from Tsuyoshi Yokozawa from the battle team and YoshiP. The dialogues that took place in that battle was written by YoshiP himself, and he was glad to work on that. Plus, Y'shtola is the only person in the Trust to actually avoid Hydaelyn's mechanics perfectly.
・ガレマルドのメインクエストは賛否あると思っていて、己の正義が必ずしも相手の正義とは限らない
Garlemald segment was created with divisive opinions in mind. Just because you have your own justice doesn't mean the others will resonate with you.
・序盤は新生、サベネア島は蒼天、ガレマルドは紅蓮、エルピスは漆黒のテーマが入っている
The themes for each segment in Endwalker is thus - Beginning of Endwalker reflects the theme of ARR, Thavnir segment reflects Heavensward, Garlemald reflects Stormblood, while Elpis reflects Shadowbringers.
■NPCの同行、追跡システムについて
On the new NPC system, as well as the pursuit system
・NPC同行システムは蒼天の頃には検討していたもので8年越しに実装した、ストレス要素もあったので6.1で都市内転送網を使ってもはぐれないするなど体験をもう一段階上げる
The system actually had 8 years of history, it was already taken into consideration as an idea to implement since Heavensward. It finally got implemented for this expansion. That said, they also acknowledged that it has some stress factor so they are looking into ensuring the NPC will not end up separating with you (hence restarting the whole thing again) even if you use the city teleport.
・NPC追跡システムは作ったのでいっぱい入れたくなってしまった、急ごうとするとストレスだと思うでこの辺りも調整すると思う
Since the implemented this NPC follow system they ended up using a lot, and since it was quite a rushed they know it was quite overdone so they are looking into adjusting some of them.
・寒空の下はゲーム体験的に苦労するシーンではあって開発初期はもっと難しい難易度だった、たまたまライト勢のプロジェクトマネージャーMちゃんのチェックが漏れていて難しくなってしまってあちゃーという感じになってしまった
That system used under cold weather (probably refers to Garlemald segment of the MSQ?) was actually much harder initially. Sometimes the checks did slipped by the project manager (Project Manager M) and it ended up in the release and when they found out players complain the content being too hard and the devs ended up doing "ouch".

・6.1で暁月のフィナーレメインクエストがつよくてニューゲームに対応
MSQ for 6.0 will be available for patch 6.1 as the content for New Game+
・6.0ではナイトのヒロシだったが、7.0に向けて次のジョブのヒロシを作り始めている
6.0's poster job for WoL is a Knight, but they have already looking into making the next poster job coming 7.0 for WoL.
・サーバー増強や販売再開などについては来週辺りにそろそろコメントが出せそう
YoshiP can finally share more details on the server expansion as well as the reopening of sales for FFXIV on coming/next week
■ジョブ調整についての吉田Pコメント
Job Balances
・リーパーはゼロから作っていて工数は凄くかかるが完成度が高くなる、ジョブとしては強いが弱くするよりは他を上げていく
It took them extreme cost to create Reaper from scratch, therefore the job was very well designed from the start. But rather than nerfing Reaper, they are looking into buffing other jobs to lessen the gap.
・侍や黒のようなピュアDPSはちょっとケチりすぎたかなと思っているので6.08で調整する
Pure Firepower jobs like SAM and BLM will have DPS buff since the devs do think they were a bit stingy on them. It will be for 6.08
・侍は射程を伸ばしてあげないとと思っていて、6.05で伸ばしたらキャストしろってことか?と勘違いされてしまった
Apparently there was some miscommunication on feedback that made the devs think they should be increasing SAM's cast time instead of casting range for Patch 6.05
・踊り子本体の火力ももうちょっと上げようと思っている
YoshiP does think DNC should have higher DPS
・侍、黒、モのような忙しさに火力が割に合っていないジョブは調整する
They are looking into adjusting jobs that are busy like SAM, BLM or MNK but doesn't reflect the DPS it should be outputting.
