So starting with voice acting:
The good news is that the voice acting sound very solid.
The bad news, it has more than a few problems... one is that the voices suffer from the general problem that occurs in dubs; the lack of enthusiasm in emotion is disappointing. All the voices sounded very neutral in terms of emotion.

Secondly, at least going by the trailer it seems that they haven't reanimated the lypsynching, which will be a big problem for this game considering how specific the facial animations (and their mouths) are in this game.

Thirdly... and probably the most nitpicky... American actors doing faux British accents? Yeah... it always sounds like American actors doing faux British accents

The real good news of the localization though is that Alexander O. Smith has gone balls-out Vagrant Story with the translation. So expect some very flowery (in the good way) psuedo old-English dialogue with more than a few Shakespearean double-entendres.
