The site’s expert editorial staff compiled a list of the most exciting upcoming video games that gamers should keep an eye on this year, including franchise favorites Halo 3, Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, and Half-Life 2: Episode Two.
“With the Nintendo Wii™ and Sony PLAYSTATION®3 now on the market, as well as Windows Vista gaming on the PC coming into its own, game developers are working with new technologies to stretch the boundaries of video game graphics, storylines, and capabilities,” said Josh Larson, site director, GameSpot. “Our list of 2007’s most highly anticipated games was created to help gamers weed through staggering number of games that will be releasing this year and remind them of a few games on the horizon that will be well worth the wait.”
