اليوم كنت حاس بوجود مشكلة في الإنترنت،، لأنها كانت بطيئة و ترفع الضغط،، و فوق هذا كله ما كنت قادر أبداً أسوي تسجيل دخول لشبكة البلاي ستيشن،، و بعد بحث اكتشفت انه المشاكل موجودة عند الجميع،، و الكيبل البحري عند سواحل إيطاليا و مصر مقطوع و مسبب مشاكل في الإنترنت..

Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Internet and telephone communications between the Middle East and Europe were disrupted by submarine cable failures between Italy and Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea.
The failures cut the flow of ``data of various kinds'' between Europe and the Middle East, and there's no timeframe for when communications will be restored, said Sanjeev Gaur, director of assurance at Mumbai-based Reliance Globalcom Ltd.
Three submarine cable systems linking Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe are affected, according to Reliance and Melbourne-based Telstra Corp. The cables run from Alexandria in northern Egypt to southern Italy. In January, two cable systems were severed by an anchor 8.3 kilometers (5.2 miles) from Alexandria beach after bad weather conditions forced ships to moor off the coast.
A fault is affecting the SMW4 cable near the Alexandria cable station, the FLAG FEA cable is down and the SMW3 cable system is also affected, according to information received from Telstra. Flag Telecom Group Ltd. operates FLAG FEA and the other cables are owned by groups of phone companies across the regions.
Reliance Globalcom leases capacity on the SMW 3 and SMW 4 cable systems that run in the Mediterranean, said Anurag Joshi, head of the global network operations center at the company. Joshi said he doesn't know exactly what happened and that engineers were working on it.
The SMW4 cable, also known as SEA-ME-WE 4 or South East Asia-Middle East-Western Europe 4 cable network, connects 12 countries including Pakistan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Italy and France.​

Mideast, parts of Asia suffer Internet cuts: company

Internet service in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and other Middle Eastern countries was cut on Friday after submarine cables failed in the Mediterranean Sea, said the company that runs the service.

Three cables linking Italy and Egypt failed for yet unknown reasons, Shaheed al-Sateeh, a manager with Reliance GlobalCom, told AFP from Dubai.

"We know three cables have been cut. We still don't why or where. They cover all the Middle East and India and other countries," said Sateeh, Middle East sales director for the company.

"We have no more information. A ship has been sent out to locate the place where the cables were cut," he added.

Egypt's state news agency MENA reported that the cuts happened off the coast of Sicily at 10:00 am (0800 GMT) on Friday.

Reliance GlobalCom has directed a submarine cable repair company to head to the region to fix the cables, MENA reported.

The agency reported that services were being rerouted to backup cables and satellite to compensate for the failures. The services are expected to improve by around 0330 GMT on Saturday, MENA added.

In January, five cables in the Middle East and Europe were cut, causing Internet failures in the region.​

ثلاث كيابل مقطوعة،، و إلى الآن ما يعرفوا وين و ليش،،و حسب الكلام فوق من بكرة بتبدأ تتحسن الخدمة،، و فيه خبر ثاني يقول ان وزارة الإتصالات المصرية تقول انه الخدمة بترجع طبيعية بعد عدة أيام،، و في مصر الإنترنت شبه مقطوعة..
