There is no point in arguing with what you like or what your taste is
BUT you're asking why we are attacking?..I'm just saying what i think about this Zune, where's the attack in that?...although i've never seen one to actually compare it to the iPod with details
and anyways when you wrote the 'take that Apple' on the topic that was like an invitation for the Apple fanatics...you know it and you were
expecting it too, so don't act like 'oh why you guys attacking.

رأيك... ما أقدر اتكلم فيه..... بس بشكل عام عند الناس لا يقارن بشكل الآيبود.... شكل الآيبود أفخم
من إلي قالك هذا الكلام..... فيه مشغل داخله يشغل الملفات... و يختلف الجودة من مشغل إلى آخر....
أدري آن ملفات الأم بي ثري لها جودات معينة... بس أيضاً المشغل يعطي دور
جرب أول و لا تحكم من الفيديو
أنا لما قصدت بشيء جديد... أقصد شيء كبير و يستاهل.... و بالنسبة للكودكس:
أكثر الصوتيات تكون أم بي ثري... و إذا كانت صيغة ثانية فالآيتون يحول بعض الصيغ... و الفيديو حتى لو زاد الكودكس أنت في النهاية بتقوم بعملية تحويل لها.... يعني ما فرقت... زي الآيبود بتقوم بعملية التحويل...
و لا تفهمني غلط.... أعرف أن زيادة الكودكس ميزة و الشاشة الكبيرة ميزة و الواي فاي ميزة... بس هذه الميزات ما تعتبر شيء كبير لمنافسة الآيبود اللي أخذ بعقول الناس...
صحيح و هذا الغلط سبب في ارتفاع حصتها في السوق أكثر...... شفت المؤتمر إلي راح؟
أريد غلط يغير فكرة الناس....و يسبب تناقص و لو قليل في سوق الأم بي ثري بالنسبة لهم
تصحيح... الآيبود الثمانين جيجا يدوم ٢٠ ساعة و سعرة صار مثل سعر الثلاثين القديم

no no no, it's not taste here we're talking about, they're facts. you're saying that this design is an ipod look-alike, and you were obviously wrong.
then you said that no one uses WMA while MPEG-4 is not known at all by most internet surfers, so you were biased here too.

and when i said "take that apple" it's clearly a reference to Microsoft and apple being rivals in the market, even if i made that to provoke some of you apple agents, none of you gave a constructive argument proving that the Zune is just another mp3 player, you guys just kept on saying that Microsoft copied the ipod, and that what made me rebuttle with that comment, you were just "fanatics" with no real reason

i said it "looks" easy to use, i didn't say "it IS" easy to use. and besides, how can you tell if it's going to be bad or good? it's not like you tried it or anything

so what do you want? or rather, what did the ipod give that was so different than the rest of the MP3 players in the market? i want something BIG
to make a long story short, the secret was marketing, most of the iPod's functions weren't that special. however apple excelled in marketing the product
where does it say that the Zune is better? i'm just making a joke about me buying a Zune which is iPod's rival, and by that i'm slamming apple (or i think i am lol)

ما أدري من وين جايب هذي الحقيقة ...أغلب مواقع تنزيل العروض والفيديو حاليا تستعمل صيغة MP4 وتقول لي مي معروفة ..تلقى المواقع حاطين صيغ حق الآيبود وحق البي أس بي بنفس الصيغة ..من ضمن المواقع جوجل فيديو والجيم سبوت..وغيرها

see? it has become very popular after the iPod video release. However, prior to that, the codec was not known at all. the iPod, by supporting this codec, made it poplular and well known. but previous to that, few knew about it's existence
when did i say that this is a problem? all i said that apple's mistake was not improving much from a generation to another.
the iPod design was "sexy" as most of the website's described it, it's very cool, no one is arguing about the iPod's design, i'm just saying that the Zune has a totally different design and by no means is a rip-off.
yeah we'll see when the Zune hits the market a couple of months from now

1- ok it seems that you have some problems understanding my point regarding the codec. let's go back 6 years ago, when the WMA was more popular than the MPEG-4, then the iPod came and the MPEG-4 became more popular and commonly used, so my point, why wouldn't the same happen for the WMA and the Zune? or is that impossible? cause it's not an iPod after all, right? lol
2- about the wireless, this might not be that big of a deal, but have you thought about future functionality? Obviously not
no actually there's still the larger screen, which is very important for video playback...oh wait i forgot! cause the iPod has a tiny screen it's not important anymore, poor Zune..

لول .. عد واغلط. سامسونج وتوشيبا وCreative كلهم سووا أجهزة أفضل من الآيبود على وقتها. لكن عندي مثال حالي بسيط جداً موجود في السوق من فترة طويلة:itachi قال:
Creative Zen Vision:M 30GB
يشغل MP3 و WMA وغيرهم. فيه FM Radio. يشغل أغلب نوعيات الفيديو: DivX، Xvid، WMV، Motion JPEG وحتى نوعية آبل المحبوبة MP4. يعني لو بغيت مثلاً تحتفظ بكم أنيمي معك في الجهاز تقدر بكل بساطة تسوي كوبي-بيست بنفس الصيغة وبنفس الجودة وبدون تحويل وراح يشتغل. وتقدر بعدين تنقل الأنيمي لـPC ثاني من جهازك بنفس الجودة. أوه، ويشغل فيديو لمدة 4 ساعات، دبل الآيبود فيديو اللي مثله. كل هذا بنفس سعر الآيبود المنافس له.
لول نكتة الموسم .. الـWMV استخدامه أكثر بمراحل. أصلاً MP4 من أسوأ النوعيات المستخدمة حالياً للفيديو من حيث النقاوة. هي أصلاً مصممة للجوالات .. يعني قارنها بالـ3GP مو الـWMV. مع أن الـ3GP منتشرة أكثر ..

1- ما في شي مضر في نقاش عقلاني حتى لو كان طويل، لول. وين الضرر في نقاش جيد من 4 أو 5 صفحات؟ بالعكس اللي يقراه يستفيد، مو بس اللي يتناقش.
2- لو في أحد شال على الثاني بسبب أنه يحب أو ما يحب آبل أو نينتندو أو أي شي فيها سخافة من الشخص هذا.
3- الموضوع ما راح يغلق ما دامه في حدود الأدب (إلى الآن ما في مشاكل أبداً).

how can you give an opinion on a certain system while it's still not released? and if we go by the specs, it's better than the iPod, so there's no way in saying the iPod is better without being a blind iPod fan that reject reasoning. Prove me wrong if you don’t think I’m right, don’t just respond and say “this is my last post”
the mp3 players that Nsider posted are all superior, and it seems that you know little about the power of marketing and what it is capable of doing.
