أشتكى مالكوا أجهزة الاكس بوكس بالأمس من مشاكل متعددة مع خدمات الشبكة للجهاز بعد تمكنهم من دخول المتجر او خوضهم للألعاب أو الاستفادة من المزايا السحابية مع تأكيد مايكروسوفت لعلمها بهذه المشاكل ومحاولة حلها بأسرع وقت.
قرابة النصف اليوم ظل اللاعبون يعانون فيها من المشاكل حتى أكدت مايكروسوفت بأنه قد تم حل معظمها مع تبقي بعض المشاكل بمشغلات الميديا المختلفة مثل نتفلكس وديزني بلس وغيرها:
