بعد إعلان سوني للتسلية التفاعلية عن نيتها لإغلاق فريق التطوير Bluepoint Games الذي اشتهر بتقديم نسخ الريميك للعبتي Demon’s Souls و Shadows of the Colossus، عبّر Marek Tyminski المدير التنفيذي لفريق التطوير CI Games عن اهتمامهم بضم مواهب الفريق إليهم للعمل على مشاريع مثل Lords of the Fallen 2 ونحوها من العناوين المستقبلية.
Tyminski أشار إلى أنّ الفريق يملك عدة فرص عمل تخص Lords of the Fallen 2 وعدد من المشاريع الغير معلنة ولا شكّ بأنّ Bluepoint Games يملك خبرات بارزة خاصةً في الجانب التقني والأداء.
