Randy Pitchford الرئيس التنفيذي لاستوديوهات Gearbox والتي تستعد لإصدار لعبة Borderlands 4 أشار عبر حسابه الرسمي بمنصة اكس بأن على اللاعبين عدم توقع خفض سعر لعبة Borderlands 4 لأكثر منخمس سنوات قادمة أو حتى ظهورها على الخدمات الرقمية، هذا الامر أغضب مجتمع اللاعبين مجددا من Pitchford الذي بات يتفنن بذلك:
