بيان من ترو جيمنج بخصوص مشاركتنا في فعاليات جيمرز كون الشرقية 2019 و خيمة الألعاب 2019
كما يعلم الجميع فترو جيمنج جهة إعلامية متخصصة في مجال ألعاب الفيديو ، و الى جانب أعمالها في مجال الإعلام فهي أيضا تقوم بعدة أنشطة أخرى ، من ضمنها الرياضة الإلكترونية.
في عام 2019 قمنا بالمشاركة في فعاليتين مختلفتين و هما جيمرز كون الشرقية في مدينة الخبر و خيمة الألعاب في جدة. و من باب التوضيح فإن مشاركة ترو جيمنج كانت عبر قيامه بدور مشغل للبطولات الإلكترونية. و يقتصر دور المشغل على إرسال دعوات للاعبين المشاركين ، أو فتح باب التسجيل في البطولات المفتوحة، و إدارة البطولة في ساحة الفعالية و ضمن أيام إقامتها ، و أخيرا إرسال قائمة اللاعبين الفائزين للجهة المنظمة. و الشركة المنظمة هي شركة خيال لتنظيم المعارض و المؤتمرات و مقرها مدينة جدة.
و عليه أردنا التوضيح أن مسؤوليات ترو جيمنج الفعلية انتهت بإرسال أسماء الفائزين الى الجهة المنظمة، و هي المسؤولة بالكامل عن تسليم الجوائز للمستفيدين. و ترو جيمنج غير ملزم إطلاقا بأي أمور متعلقة بتسليم الجوائز ، و ذلك لأن دوره يقتصر فقط على الأمور التشغيلية للبطولة ، و كل هذا موثق بشكل واضح بالتصريحات و المستندات الرسمية.
و في إحدى بطولات جيمرز كون الشرقية تحديدا تم استخدام اسم ترو جيمنج في عنوان البطولة ، و ذلك كان ضمن اتفاقية خاصة تسمح للمنظم باستخدام اسم ترو جيمنج لأغراض تسويقية فقط. و تنص الإتفاقية أن استخدام الاسم لا يلزم ترو جيمنج بأي استحقاقات مالية مهما كانت.
و رغم ذلك فإننا في ترو جيمنج و من باب دورنا المجتمعي المهم لا ندخر جهدا في الرد على جميع استفسارات اللاعبين عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو برامج التواصل الأخرى قدر الإمكان. و قمنا بوضع اللاعبين في اتصال مباشر مع الجهة المنظمة للحصول على أخر التحديثات بخصوص استلام جوائزهم.
نحن نأسف بشكل كبير على تأخر تسديد قيمة الجوائز لبعض اللاعبين ، و نتمنى أن تتمكن الشركة المنظمة من حل هذه المشكلة للاعبين بأسرع وقت ممكن. و نتمنى الأفضل دائما لكافة أعضاء مجتمع اللاعبين و الرياضة الإلكترونية.

True Gaming is a media outlet specialized in covering game-centered content through aligning with industry delegates, as well as diversifying outlet output by utilizing the cumulative years of knowledge, experience and knowhow of the industry that all affiliated passion driven members work tirelessly to provide quality content to the community that it has loyally served for almost two decades. Which ultimately includes E-sports and all gaming subcategories.
Much like its preceding years, 2019 was no different in terms of the outlet delegating the sum of its resources to further facilitate the immersion of E-sports in the country. And in doing so it has participated in community events around Saudi Arabia which include Gamers’ Con East in Khobar and the Ramadan Gaming Tent in Jeddah. To clarify, True Gaming’s role in the two aforementioned events was to bridge the gap of knowledge and expertise in setting up and organizing such newly found activities locally and was limited to operating the E-sport activities, which includes inviting the players, registering, operating the competitions during the events and sending the winners list to the Jeddah based company organizing the events, in this case, Khayal Events and Exhibitions Management Co.
Most importantly, True Gaming would like to assure the community that it has and always go above and beyond for the gaming community and all of its stakeholders, but for this case in specificity the responsibility ends by sending the winners list to the organizing company, Khayal, who are entirely responsible for handling all post-event duties which includes the distribution of the prizes to the winners. True Gaming is in no way responsible for anything aside from operating the competitions as per our written agreements with Khayal.
In addition, we had agreed to have our outlet’s name be used for the invitationals for the purpose of maximizing the reach within the community which was only part of a promotional agreement with the organizer, and as an outlet we had not benefited financially from this licencing therefore are not accountable for the delay or misconduct by the event organizing entity as as per the written agreement, which states clearly that there is no financial obligation on True Gaming resulting from the use of its name. And it is in fact the organizers who are due to pay these outstanding financial promises and not our outlet itself.
Nevertheless, we at True Gaming take great pride in our community and take our responsibility towards them seriously. That is why we have always kept our communication lines open regardless of the subject matter at hand. Whether it was through email or social media as we
never hesitate to answer questions from the players. We have insured that the players are in direct contact with the organizers in order to ease the communication between them to help them collect their prizes.
It is regrettable to see matters unfold in such a way for these winners, and we hope that the organizing company can solve this problem for the players as quickly as possible and treat them like the champions that they are. We always wish the best to all participants of the e-sports community.
