September 27, 2005 - Nintendo's next-generation console, still codenamed Revolution, isn't set to debut until sometime in 2006, but the company has begun to reveal more and more details about the system all the same. At the Electronics Entertainment Expo 2005 last May the Big N showed off its future console for the first time in beautiful black and announced some initial specs. But at the Tokyo Game Show 2005 just a couple of weeks ago the publisher chose to spotlight the Revolution and its pioneering controller in a glossy white shell that had some die-hard Apple fans pleased as punch

Nintendo itself has indicated that it would like to launch Revolution in multiple colors, but it hasn't officially announced which ones. Still, based on released images and videos of the machine, we're pretty sure that the two front runners are the midnight black and glossy white systems we saw at E3 and TGS respectively.
The Big N has, of course, also shown the platform in other shades, including dark gray, lime green, and red. We've included helpful photographs of the varying console and controller color possibilities below
