The Xbox 360 will launch across Asia (in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan), on March 16th 2006, with a string of high-profile events that are being organized to meet the extraordinary consumer excitement over the market release of the seminal next generation video game console.

** الآن السوق الآسيوية تضخمت بجانب اليابان واصبح هناك نوع من التوازن واظن بقي Korea الجنوبية التي اعتقد ان الجهاز صدر بها وتم بيع جميع الوحدات، وايضاً مع اصدار النسخة الاسترالية خلال الايام القادمة او قد تكون صدرت في الاسبوع الماضي

المشكلة انه مايكروسوفت، تقريباً كل شهر اذا سمعت خبر عن كوبي او قرصنة، تروح تنزل ابديت للجهاز وتحدث الـ Firmware للـ BIOS !!
مع ذلك الاصلي افضل على شان اللعب على الـ Xbox Live فقط ..🙂

Singaporeans first in Southeast Asia to get Xbox 360

SINGAPORE : Some 140 Singaporeans got to be the first in Southeast Asia to take home the Xbox 360 after a three month wait.

More than 400 gamers thronged the Red Dot Design Museum on Wednesday night for the launch party.

Those who had pre-ordered soon got their hands on their personal sets to bring home.

Five others managed to wrangle one for themselves through a celebrity gaming competition.

Even primary school kids were there with their parents for the chance to try out the Xbox and its new games, even before their counterparts in Korea and Taiwan.

The new gaming console is touted as the next generation entertainment system, allowing gamers to take their skills online and play with people from around the globe.

The Xbox 360 is available in retail stores from Thursday. - CNA /ct
