بالتوفيق لنشأت، وأتمنى أن ياسر ما تؤثر عليه التجربة السيئة هذي وأنه يقدر ينتقل فعليا لدوري كبير في المستقبل القريب.

Sven-Goran Eriksson has confirmed that City are taking an extended look at Iraqi international Nashat Akram.The 23-year-old, who was one of the stars in the Iraq side that won the 2007 Asian Cup as well as the team that went to semi-finals of the 2004 Olympic soccer tournament, has been training with the Blues squad at Carrington this week.
The Manager likes what he has seen of the player so far and is hopeful that a deal can be struck to bring him to England from the Al-Ain club in the United Arab Emirates.
“I think he will come,” says Sven. “We need to fix the work permits but I don’t think that will be a problem.
“He’s a very good football player, he will need to get used to the style of English football but he’s a very elegant player and in the Asian Cup he was one of the very best in the tournament.
“He reminds me a bit of Michael Johnson, in that he can do a little bit of everything in both attack and defence. I think he is one for the future, I’m not sure if he’s ready to play this season but I’ve seen him train and he’s good. He’s a technically correct player.”

MANCHESTER – Manchester City manager Sven Goran Eriksson has expressed an interest in bringing Iraq star Nashat Akram to the high-flying English Premier League club after the 23-year-old midfielder impressed during a week-long training session.
Speaking to Manchester City’s official website on Thursday the former England manager said:
"He (Nashat) a very good football player, he will need to get used to the style of English football but he's a very elegant player and in the Asian Cup he was one of the very best in the tournament.
Positive that Nashat will become the fifth Asian player on the books of Manchester City following China’s Sun Jihai and the Thai trio of Suree Sukha, Kiatprawut Saiwaew and Thirasil Dangda, the Swede continued:
"I think he will come. We need to fix the work permits but I don't think that will be a problem.”
Nashat caught the eye of a host of top European clubs after putting in a virtuoso display in Southeast Asia as Iraq deservedly won the 2007 AFC Asian Cup but he opted to remain in the Middle East, signing for inaugural AFC Champions league winners Al Ain.
However, the nine-time UAE champions are resigned to the fact that the Iraqi star will be leaving the club just five-months into his one-year contract.
“We have reached an agreement with Manchester City,” said Al Ain Director of Football Hamd Al Amri.
“According to the deal we have reached [Nashat] Akram went to England, undertook the medical and although he has yet to formally sign all the negotiations are going in the right direction and we are almost there,” continued Al Amri.
“The only thing left before signing the contract is getting the work permit so that he can be officially unveiled by Manchester City.”
