Uwe Boll to Adapt Silent Hill 2 Film

In what has to be the most outlandish announcement in horror game history, Uwe Boll’s film company has announced that his next project will be a live action adaptation of Silent Hill 2. The film will release in Germany on December 21st, 2012 and come straight-to-DVD everywhere else. Apparently it will not be associated with Silent Hill: Revelation.
“I just really wanted to make a movie of the Silent Hill 2 game. I didn’t finish the game, but I watched some Youtube videos and I loved it. I know a lot of people love Pyramid Head, and I said “why not?”, and added 10 more into the script. James Sunderland was also very emotional in the game, and I didn’t like that. So I feel that The Rock would better portray the character. His wife Mary will also be smoking hot and played by Megan Fox” Boll tells us.
The full cast list has also been released. James Sunderland will be played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson; Megan Fox as Mary / Maria; John Malkovich as The Pyramid Heads; Betty White as Angela; Justin Bieber as Laura, and Jamie Fox as Eddie.
“I really think this will be my best movie ever. I think my cast will fully deliver to this great story. As for my effects team, Michael Bay, my good friend, will be producing and doing all of the effects.” States Boll
The story starts out with James Sunderland getting a mysterious tweet from his deceased wife. From then on he travels to the town of Silent Hill which will now be located in Germany. There he will meet an assortment of people who are also lost in their own nightmares. John Malkovich’s characters, The Pyramid Heads will constantly stalk him with machine guns and rocket launchers. We can’t wait to feast our eyes on what is sure to be an Oscar worthy masterpiece.
