روك ستار نحصل على L.A Noir + أول فيديو في 5 أكتوبر القادم

في بيان رسمي أعلنت روك ستار أنها وقعت اتفاق رسمي مع Team Bondi لتقوم بعملية نشر اللعبة الغامضة L.A Noir :

Rockstar Games and Team Bondi join forces to publish this ground-breaking next-generation crime thriller

New York, NY – September 25, 2006 -- Rockstar Games, the world-renowned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is pleased to announce a partnership with Team Bondi Pty Ltd to publish the ground-breaking next generation crime thriller L.A. Noire. Developed by Team Bondi, a new Australian based studio founded by Brendan McNamara, of The Getaway, L.A Noire is an interactive detective story set in the classic noir period of the late 1940’s. L.A. Noire blends action, detection and complex storytelling and draws players into an open-ended challenge to solve a series of gruesome murders. Set in a perfectly recreated Los Angeles before freeways, with a post-war backdrop of corruption, drugs and jazz, L.A. Noire will truly blend cinema and gaming.

Sam Houser of Rockstar Games serves as Executive Producer and Brendan McNamara as Director of Development for L.A. Noire.

لمن لا يعرف L.A Noir, فهي لعبة جريمة تدور أحداثها في الأربعينيات من القرن الماضي, يجري تطويرها منذ فترة طويلة للPS3, ويقوم بصنعها فريق Team Bondi الذي تأسس في العام 2003 في أستراليا ويرأسه برندن مكنمارا, مصمم الجزء الأول من سلسلة The Getaway. حاليا, سام هاوسر رئيس روك ستار وصانع سلسلة GTA هو المنتج التنفيذي ل L.A Noir.

سوني وقعت في السابق اتفاق حصرية مع Team Bondi لنشر اللعبة وصنع 3 أجزاء أخرى منها, والبعض يقول إن سوني مولت المشروع بأكثر من 40 مليون دولار, لكن يبدو أن الأمور لم تسر بالشكل الجيد.. Team Bondi حدث معلوماته في موقعه الرسمية كالتالي:

حاليا:

همممممم.. و البيان الرسمي وزع على عدة مواقع, من بينها مجلة OXM, مما يعني أن L.A Noir أصبحت لعبة ملتي بلاتفورم.. ولكن........................... جيم سبوت لديه راي آخر !!

هممم.. الظاهر اللعبة بتصير ملتي بلاتفورم, يمكن روك ستار دفعت فلوس لسوني حتى تبيع اللعبة.. كل شي جايز.. على العموم أول فيديو للعبة راح يصدر في 5 أكتوبر القادم..

Interactive detective story? يعني لعبة point & click أو بطريقة فينكس رايت مثلاً؟ عموماً موقع 1up يقول:

At this time, Rockstar has not confirmed which platforms L.A. Noire will arrive on — but we’re assuming the game will come to next-gen platforms. Though, an interactive detective story certainly sounds like something that could work on Nintendo’s Wii, right?
