Game delays are common, but it's not often that you see the opposite -- that is, a game's release date being brought forward. Well the folks at Koei's Yokohama development labs have done just that and will now be giving Japan the gift of Samurai Warriors a couple of weeks earlier than expected.
Originally scheduled for Japanese release on 3/9, Samurai Warriors 2, known in Japan as Sengoku Musou 2, will now hit Japanese shops on 2/24. As reason for the early release, Koei cited hard work on the part of all parties related to the game in light of a strong pre-order campaign.
