واو مين كان يتخيل انه شركة جراند ثيفت اوتو الناجحه جدا هذا الجيل بتوصل لذي المرحله السيئه :

Major publisher and developer Take-Two (Grand Theft Auto series) has announced that it is considering a sale of the company, following a fierce shareholder battle which threatens to depose major executives and the board.

A group of prominent Take-Two investors owning 46% of the company's shares, including OppenheimerFunds, D.E. Shaw Valence Portfolios, S.A.C. Capital Management and Tudor Investment, are looking to remove current CEO Paul Eibeler and bring about changes within the company's board of directors.

Due to this, Take-Two has announced that it has postponed its annual meeting from March 23rd until March 29th "...to provide additional time to review the proposed actions of the shareholder group and also to evaluate alternative courses of actions that could potentially be presented to the shareholders."

The main example of an alternative course of action is "a possible sale of the Company", though the official notice also notes: "There is no assurance that any specific alternative proposal will be forthcoming."

Take-Two’s recently restated financial results for fiscal 2006 saw revenue fall and the company record a net loss of $184.9 million. In addition, Wedbush Morgan's Michael Pachter recently issued a statement to his firm's clients, calling Take Two's shares “overvalued” and the company's path ahead “troubling.”

Nonetheless, the announcement has sharply affected Take-Two's shares in pre-market trading, with the company's Nasdaq-traded shares up almost $1.50 to $22.26 thanks to news of the possible sale.

كله من المخابيل ..اللي يحققون معاهم الشرطه بدال لا يقولون مزاج والا فيني رجه بعقلي راح قال من GTA ودبسوا هالشركه المسكينه عشان تعطي أهل المقتول ..تعويض ..اما المجرم الحقيقي ..فهو "برىء"
 
يعني الشركه الي بتشتريه اذا كانت طرف أول ( مايكروسوفت سوني ) ممكن تكون حصرية على جهازه !?

المشكله بعد كم يوم بينزل اول تريلر لGTA Next .. وطلع هذا الخبر في وقت غلللللطططط.

القضايا هي الي بهذلتهم .. جاك العبيط ذا رفع عليهم وحده من كم يوم كمان ..

Dear Gamers and Gamer Publications on the Internet and Elsewhere:

I have been praying, literally, that Take-Two and its lawyers would do something so stupid, so arrogant, so dumb, even dumber than what they have to date done, that such a misstep would enable me to destroy Take-Two. With the filing of this SLAPP lawsuit last week, my prayers are finally answered.

This lawsuit, filed in US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, is, without a doubt, the single dumbest thing I have ever seen any lawyers do in my thirty years of practicing law -- while in continuous good standing to do so with The Florida Bar, I might add, the shock radio and video game industry's efforts notwithstanding.

I encourage folks to read Psalm 35, a Psalm of David, which is brilliant in its entirety (since God Himself wrote it), but for those who don't own a Bible or who think their hands will catch on fire if they touch one, here is the salient portion that applies to this lawsuit:

7 For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul.

8 Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.

9 And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

The pit Take-Two has dug for itself will be patently clear next week when I strike back. Oh, and by the way, the entire Take-Two management and board will be gone on March 23, so this pit-digging comes at a very bad time indeed.

Amen, and Praise be to God Almighty, maker of Heaven, Earth, and yes, the maker even video games.

ما اقول اللا شر البلية مايضحك..ناس قاتلها الفراغ بسبب تواجد الواعز الديني عندهم..ويتشبثو بأي شي عشان يقلدونه ولا يكونو من مقتديه

اتوقع مايكرو هي اللي ممكن تكوش عليها
