NO EXCEPTIONS!
Loose Figure Policy - I have been buying and selling figures for over 10 years now. I know exactly what comes with each figure I sell and I know whether they are damaged or not. I make this very clear with each figure I sell. If an item is damaged (other than factory production errors), then I will always state so. All loose figures I sell are almost always in loose, complete, and excellent condition. If they are not, I will state otherwise.
Mint On Mint Card and Mint In Mint Box Collectors - read this carefully - I DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. Seriously. Take your problems elsewhere. You are the ones who throw a fit over the smallest blemishes on a figure's packaging. The packaging condition should not matter. Life is not perfect. You can go into any retail store worldwide and find figures with damaged packages that are still considered BRAND NEW and sellable. What I offer here are figures that are mint INSIDE OF the original factory packaging. Read that last sentence again. Mint INSIDE OF the original packaging. My auctions never state anything about the packaging condition unless they show heavy wear, which I am always straightforward about.
INSURANCE - Insurance is optional and recommended. Especially for international buyers where the package will be handled by a greater number of people. If your item arrives inside of a crushed package because of mishandling by the postal service and you did not purchase insurance, read the following carefully, then there will be NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. Absolutely nothing. By not purchasing insurance when offered, you are accepting the responsibility that your item may arrive damaged with no recourse to be done about it.
If you think you are going to file a PayPal claim and get your money back because you think you can blame me for damage the postal service caused, think again. Here is the official statement copy and pasted from PayPal's website when it comes to damaged packages:
" If you receive a damaged package, please call the people who shipped it and have them handle the damaged shipment/claims process. "
All items are sold "as is" with absolutely NO RETURNS or REFUNDS under any circumstances.
