For Japan- Microsoft has realistic expectations, the key is getting third party support to realize there success in the US and Europe. Uses Capcom as an example.
Marketplace pricing- They set the price for Gears of War content because they published it, Activision set pricing for Guitar Hero 2, 3rd parties make the decision for own content. Market will tell publishers whether they are doing the right thing or not.
Too Human- Will hear more about it at the "right time." Made a mistake showing it at E3. Says it is difficult for a title to recover after a big hit, and it cannot just claw back, it has to come back big.
Alan Wake/ Gears of War 2- No comment on making Gears 2 for 360 or Gears for PC. Wants to make sure when Alan Wake is shown that it is ready. Coming out when its ready.
FASA- Happy about how Shadowrun has turned out. No comment on whether they are closing them down or not.
PS3 exclusives becoming multi platform- 3rd parties cannot afford to make games exclusive. First party needs to generate the most exciting titles to differentiate the consoles.
Expanding the Market- Nothing really said.
The release schedule, and how they will juggle the titles- Halo 3 coming in Fall. Do not want to compete with their own products. Feels they do not have to many big titles. May have a couple of other surprises.
E3- Have not finalized plans. More relaxed atmosphere. They will have a big press briefing like ones in the past.
