طبعاً هذا مؤتمر الأبل العالمي و يقام سنوياً.....و لضيق الوقت لن أستطيع الحديث عنه و للمزيد من المعلومات تسطيعون زيارة هذا الموقع... WWDC

giving preview of Leopard today
what we can't show:

top secret features not being shown, just not letting you know what they are.

don't want photocopiers started too early
major things in leopard demo:
1) support for 64 bit applications
previously at unix layer
in leopard - giant leap forward - extend support all the way through UI framework into applications
have a fully native 64 bit UI carbon app
did in a completely 32 bit compatible way
can run 32 bit apps side by side with 64 bit - no emulation, no translation
full support, top to bottom

2) Time machine
how to combat loss of information on hard drives - backups
we all know we should, but lots of people don't
only 26% of users back up in any way whatsoever
dig a little deeper - most that say they are are manually dragging files & folders into another drive
not really secure
how many use automated software to stay always backed up?
only 4%
plan to change all of that
Time Machine

automatically backs up mac
you change a file, it automatically backs up
photos, music, documents, files folder, everything
then you can restore everything
can be right where you were when the HD drive
can restore everything, or just one file at a time
backup to HD, or server
coolest part - and reason we call it that - whole new way of backing up files

it is that easy to go back in time and restore what you want to restore
great for finder - but can work with 3rd party apps as well
can search for documents in the past

can find entire roll of deleted photos back in time
moved to backup system
iphoto demo of rolling to the past
jumped right to photos
absolutely the best way to back up everything you have, store everything, and find what you need that you thought you didn't

التايم مشين الي فهمته الى الان ان طريقته مثل الباك اب .. لكن بشكل افضل بكثير .. البرنامج يشتغل اوتوماتيك .. اي تعديل في اي ملف حتى لو كان text او نقل اغنيه في ملف ثاني يتم حفظه اوتوماتيك .. اي وقت تبي تسوي له باك اب يكون جاهز.
