Our hands-on time was extremely and unfairly brief, but in that time we could really see that the game won't be a repetitive button-masher. MadWorld is designed in such a way that you really don't want to simply bash the A button over and over again -- you're encouraged to stun your enemies and carry them around to see what harm you can cause them using the environments to your advantage. Toss them into a garbage dumpster, slam them into a spike-riddled wall, toss them into a meatgrinder...these are just a few of the ways we scored points in our hands-on.

So here's the deal with the controls: on the Nunchuk side of things, you'll control Jack using the analog stick, with the Z trigger being your jump command. As you run through the 3D environments, the camera will stick behind the main character in a fixed position, so if you run backwards you'll now be running towards the camera. To shift the camera back behind Jack, all you do is tap the C button and it'll reposition itself instantaneously and you're right back to looking over his shoulder again.

On the Wii Remote, you've got the main punching action on the A button, and the chainsaw attacks on B trigger. Attacking with the fists is a simple "tap, tap, tap" on the A, but if you want to pick something or someone up, you hold the A button down. As you're holding something, Wii Remote or Nunchuk controls come into play: waggle the nunchuk while holding an enemy and you'll headbutt him into submittion, for example. Chainsaw attacks are motion sensitive: hold B and swipe up and down or side to side for different cut swings.

There are contextual Wii Remote motions: when you're alerted, you can waggle the controllers to perform a specific finishing move that'll send the bad guys to a very brutal death...or at the very least, close to one.

Despite the adult content, MadWorld never takes itself too seriously. The level I explored was scattered with different ridiculous ways to eviscerate, impale, and otherwise turn your opponents into bloody piles of hamburger. Massive spikes cover almost every surface, even the passing buses. And whether it's sharp or blunt, you can use almost anything in the environment to come out ahead in a fight.

But the Man Darts minigame was the highlight of what I saw. As you approach the end of a closed-off street, a huge dartboard rises up in the distance. Your weapon automatically switches to a bat, and you're tasked with swinging at enemies to send them flying onto the enormous board for big points. The morality might be questionable, but the simple fun of baseball-meets-body-parts is undeniable.

More than the myriad death animations, the graphics impressed me most. Of course, there are some Wii games that look great on the system, but I always think in the back of my mind how it would look so much better in HD. But the comic book art style and stark black and white palette operate so smoothly I completely forgot I was playing on the "weakest" current-gen system. There's a lot more to learn about this game, but already MadWorld has me looking forward to a bit more "of the old ultraviolence."

We've waxed poetic about the game's visuals more than a few times since we first saw Madworld move, and our high opinion hasn't budged an inch. The game looks great in motion and the minimalist use of color really pops. The levels are almost sensory overload thanks to everything that's crammed in, but it all fits the style. There's a bit of weirdness when the action gets too crazy--for instances, it can be hard to keep track on where you are and who around you needs a punch or chainsaw to the gut, which we hope gets polished up as development progresses. Still, other than that, the game looks great and moves smoothly.

Based on what we saw and played Madworld has a lot going for it. The game looks impressive, blending solid tech with a great sense of style, and plays pretty well. There are the usual tricky issues around camera and targeting but time will tell if they're a serious roadblock to fun. We're also curious about the game's length and if it will have enough variety to hold our attention. As of right now, we're hopeful since we could play man darts and throw fools into the death press all day. Madworld is currently slated to ship this March exclusively for the Wii, look for more on the game in the coming weeks

كلام يبشر بالخير .. الفريق المطور يقول انه اللعبه لها قصة عمية ومش مجرد قتال وخلاص وذا الشئ عاجبني ايضا ..

الى الان كل عناصر اللعبه المحترمه جدا متوفره .. اتمنى من كل قلبي مايطلع لنا اي منغص قبل الاصدار ..

“It's very challenging because many of the themes and actions we're incorporating into the game have never been done before with this balance,” he says.

“If the violence outweighs the comedy, it all becomes very sinister. If the comedy outweighs the violence, that's also bad – because then that doesn't work either.”
The Telegraph was allowed a grand total of five minutes of hands-on time with MadWorld. In that short interval, however, I can report it boasts a smooth, intuitive control system, a slick soundtrack filled with crunching sound-effects, ghoulishly enthusiastic commentators and thundering hip hop music, and more violence than you can shake a Wii-mote at. In my short playing time I dispatched numerous opponents in various grisly fashions; I stabbed several through the face with street signs, electrocuted one on an open electrical socket and sliced up several groups with a chainsaw.

In other words, MadWorld is probably the most hardcore casual title ever created.

ماد ورلد نجحت في تطبيق المعادلة إلي قلة من طبقها بنجاح ... توازن العنف و الجيمبلاي الصلب مع الجو الساخر الكوميدي .
