يوم شريت الكرت ما كان في بالي الجيمز.. احب اشوف الفيديوات اللي عندي على التلفزيون بسبب شاشة الكمبيوتر اللي عندي واجد حلوة :yuck: .. طلع الاداء مضبوط بالنسبة لسعره الرخيص.. اتوفقنا :laugh:

في شي واحد للحين مو عارف له.. التلفزيون اللي عندي موديل قديم.. شاشه عادية 4:3... اذا اشغل فيديو عليه عن طريق الكمبيوتر في الحواف في بعض الاشياء ما اشوفها.. بعدين اذا خلص الفيديو يرجع لي على الديسك توب.. ما تنوصف الحالة شوفو الصورة احسن

lool guys, i said how much do you KNOW about Video Cards not what's your VC, but anyway


VCs aren't just for gaming you know, actually, they do the same job as a CPU, so in short, if you're not a PC gamer don't say "i won't get a good VC cause i won't be using it" False!! The VC is as important as the processor, and sometimes more. so, you can put your money on a VC and buy a regular processor (to save up money) and still get the performance of a computer with the best processor and a regular VC.

did all of you guys know that?

You should've called it the GPU or Graphics Processing Unit. You weren't clear in your main post, what the guys talked about was one answer of many ways in how to answer your question. You weren't clear on what you wanted them to talk about, you should've clarified yourself more, but it's alright.

However, you were right; it helps the CPU in doing the Primitive operations if I'm not mistaken. It only help the CPU is showing the points, polygons, any visual effects, and it helps to make surfing the net faster. There will be less stress on the CPU to show what's required. In a short way, it makes your computer faster, but you won't need a powerful GPU if you're not a gamer, just get a standard one.

اذا ما كنت مهتم بالجيمز تقدر تاخذ لك فيديو كارد تمشي ابه روحك ويكون يشغل أي شاشة والسلام، مثل اللي يجونك بلت ان في الماذبورد... اخرطي لكن تكمل بها هاردوير الكمبيوتر وبدونها ما تقدر تشغله ... وزيادة كفاءتها ما تهم بأي حال على اداء الكمبيوتر العادي..

i was clear, i said how much do you know about Video Cards (it's the same as the GPU), simple

nobody NEEDS a powerful VC/processor, it's just if you want a powerful computer then you should get a good processor and a good VC.and it's a fact that the VC is capable of doing what a processor can do, meaning, the VC processes the output for your system.

In a short way, it makes your computer faster, but you won't need a powerful GPU if you're not a gamer, just get a standard one

my Computer Architecture professor disagrees , so that statement is false, unless you're more knowledgeable than him in building a computer, which i doubt

the biggest mistake you can do is getting a motherboard with a VC built-in, it's a taboo among computer architecture people

guys, if you want a powerful computer you have to get a powerful VC, it's as important as a processor, and you don't have to be a gamer to benefit from it

ما اعتقد ان ال GPU يقدر يقوم بعمل ال ALU زى البروسيسور كل الى يقدر يساعد عليه كما اعتقد ال الاشاي ءالى لها علاقة بالبصريات و العرض الخ الخ

I know that the VC is the same as GPU, but you were talking like I'm the coolest and I want to test you guys, so in order to be even more cooler you should've said GPU. It sounds better you know. Plus, you are repeating what I had said, I said if you're not a gamer you won't need a powerful GPU, so you won't need a powerful PC in most cases for home use. Thus, I were right, and so as you, cause what was writen above in both of our replays have the same meaning. It's something as clear as it seem to be that getting a better GPU means a better computer.​

So there's nothing new. You've just repeated what I said in another way. As a matter of fact, GPU is more important than the CPU in running complex algorithms lol. When you think about it, even SC (Sound Card) benefit your CPU preformance, getting a good sound card is better for having a better CPU preformance, but a slight benefit, not as the one you get by having a good GPU. In a short, almost eveything that connects to the CPU, in a way or another, has it effects on your CPU. Hence, getting a better GPU is always better, as well as getting a better Sound Card, and USB 2 ports as well.​

Do you know why GPU is more important the CPU is running complex algorithms? Well, it is because of the rendreing pipelines that the GPU has, it allow software develpors to use the GPU in non-visual applications, I hard for me to go deeper because it's not my
major.​

I think the way you had posted the thread wasn't good, it was kinda of ignorant way, if you truely wanted to help the guys. You should've just said what you know in your first post, posting what you know, your experinces, and your thoughts. In this way, I believe, you would gain more respect than just testing them and showing them how great you could be sometimes. Because it's so unfair for you to test them, I mean it is your major, you study it everyday and they don't. It's a normal thing for you to be better than them on computer stuff, and it's also so common for them to be better than you in many other things. They, as well, have no right in coming and staring to test people around, showing them how great they could be in things that happen to be their major. I mean, instead of doing it like this, shouldn't you just help them directly and post what you had in the first place.​

I'm really sorry If I said unwanted things, but it's my opinion. Sorry for not beign able to write in Arabic, I'm in the university right now.​
