أستوديو Gainax أعلن عن إنتاجه لأنمي مقتبس من مانجا عربيييييييييييييييييية وهي " سوار الذهب "

Gold Ring began in 2006 and won the Sheikh Zayed Book Award for children's literature in the United Arab Emirates in 2010. Qais Sedki, who lives in Dubai, created the original concept while Himekawa contributed the art. The trio worked through a translator in Japan.

Akira Himekawa (a pen name used by duo A. Honda and S. Nagano) announced on their blog on June 19 that Gainax will develop an anime based their Arabic-language graphic novel Gold Ring.

Himekawa said the project is planned to be developed in the the United Arab Emirates and overseen by Gainax. Himekawa also said this model will be the first of its kind, and they are still in the initial planning stages. The artists are collaborating on the project.
